1. Our Return Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked (conditions apply, see below).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and skincare products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at robertmarcrob@outlook.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at robertmarcrob@outlook.com with a photo of the issue.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
